2011 Rest & Recuperation program

Camp Claddagh welcome Chernobyl Children to Galway for 2011 Rest & Recuperation program. Councillor Frank Fahy, deputising for the Mayor of Galway, greeted the 30 Belarusian children who had just arrived in Galway for a one month stay with host families from throughout Galway county. Members of the organising committee, the hosting families and the two translators, Natalia Leizer and Yauheni Radetski were all present to wish everyone well for their stay.
